
HOUSTON-Berlin Packaging has inked a deal for 80,200-square-foot lease in Westland II, a distribution/warehouse building being developed by Duke Realty in northwest Houston. The company will shift its operations into the industrial building spanning 300,000 square feet in June 2011. With this deal, the building located south of U.S. 290 near West Road/Eldridge Parkway is now over 73% occupied.
