
COSTA MESA, CA-Grubb & Ellis, Lee & Associates and BroadStreet Real Estate have completed the sale of an industrial building in Costa Mesa. Hale Family Trust has sold the industrial building measuring 8,000 square feet at 3198 Airport Loop Drive for $1.1 million or about $142 per square foot to MB Properties Inc.
