BURBANK, CA-VAST RE/sources, an entity associated to Burbank-based Commercial REsource has purchased a single-story industrial building measuring 67,000 square feet at 211 S. Lake St. in Burbank. The entity has bought the property from Community Chevrolet for $6.2 million.
VAST RE/sources has plans to renovate the property into an entertainment and media center, known as Media Town Spaces.
