DALLAS-Nessel Development has acquired a 422-unit apartment complex in Lake Highlands called Nueva Vista Apartments. The complex, which was constructed in 1983, is situated off Skillman Road at 11515 Leisure Drive in Dallas. This is the third apartment asset acquisition of Nessel in the Lake Highlands region in the past one year.
