BALTIMORE-Regal Cinemas has leased 52,000 square feet at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, a 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use development in western Anne Arundel County, for a multiplex theater. The 12-screen complex is scheduled to open in spring next year.
The development, previously called Village South at Waugh Chapel, will comprise 380 residential units, a 125,000-square-foot office space and a 650,000-square-foot retail.
