NEW YORK CITY-RXR Realty has inked a deal to acquire 40% stake in an office condominium located at 1166 Sixth Avenue for an undisclosed price. The condominium spanning 556,000 square feet is one-third of office space covering the seventh floor through the 21st floor of the 1.6-million-square-foot office tower located between West 46th and West 45th streets.
