CHICAGO-Centrum Properties, a developer based in Chicago, has sold four Walgreens stores to Virginia-based Harbor Group International LLC for an amount of $28 million. The three Walgreens stores are located in Chicago and the fourth one is located in west suburban Wheaton.
Centrum has been trying to solve its loan problems with lenders including Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America Corp.
