
NEW YORK CITY-Many developers, who dropped their plans due to economic downturn, are planning to resurrect their development plans. Brookfield Office Properties plans to begin construction of an office tower measuring two million square feet on the northeast corner of a 5.4 million-square-foot property, which extends from Dyer Avenue to Ninth Avenue, between West 33rd Street and West 31st Street.
