NEW YORK CITY-Gracious Home, a housewares retailer, has relocated its corporate headquarters from 632 Broadway to 158 W. 27th St. The retailer has signed a lease with Himmel + Meringoff for 10,000 square feet at 158 W. 27th St.
The asking rent for the space was $43 per square foot. Josh Sand with ReCom represented the tenant, while Jason Vacker and Mark S. Stein with Himmel + Meringoff represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to New York Post.
