NEW YORK CITY-Hines Interests has signed a deal to sell its 36-floor Class A office tower to a foreign investor for an undisclosed price. The office tower spanning 600,000 square feet is located at 48th Street and 750 Seventh Avenue. Hines in collaboration with General Motors purchased the office tower for $150 million in 2000.
