NEW YORK CITY- Zero Otto Nove Trattoria and 21 Grams are opening restaurants at 15 West 21st Street. Zero Otto Nove Trattoria has leased 5,500 square feet for its restaurant, while 21 Grams is occupying downstairs space. The annual asking rent for both 10-year leases was $275,000.
