SILVER SPRING, MD-CoStar Group Inc. reported that Radio One Inc., a broadcasting company, has inked a deal to lease nearly 20,000 square feet of space in the Atrium at Station Square in Silver Spring for six years.
TV One, an affiliate company of Radio One, has also extended and expanded its lease in the Atrium at Station Square. The company now occupies 25,000 square feet in the building.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
