MEMPHIS-Dunkin Donuts is planning to open a new location in Southaven by the end of summer. Dave Bennett, a developer at B4 Investments LLC, bought the Grove Coffee House site located at 7140 Airways to build a new building measuring 1,750 square feet for Dunkin Donuts.
