IRVING, TX-Forest City Commercial Development Inc., an entity of Forest City Enterprises Inc., has inked a deal to buy a three-building office complex located at 250 E. John Carpenter Freeway in Irvine. A collaboration established by Behringer Harvard, a realty investment firm based in Addison, was the seller of the property.
Behringer Harvard has reported in its financial filings that Forest City is buying the property for $27 million. The office complex spanning 539,000 square feet is now below 20% occupied. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
