DENVER-Forest City Enterprises Inc. plans to begin construction of two apartment complexes totaling 338 units at Stapleton this summer. The Eastbridge Apartments comprising 118 unit will be constructed at East 29th Drive and Havana Street. It will feature two- and three-floor buildings with one- and two-bedroom units.
The second complex called Novella Apartments comprising 220 units will be built on Roslyn Way north of Martin Luther King Boulevard. The project's first phase will feature 85 one- and two-bedroom apartments.For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal.
