SEATTLE-Holland Partner Group, a developer based in Vancouver, Washington, has begun construction of a 237-unit apartment building on Seattle's First Hill. The 17-floor apartment tower called 1200 Madison is being constructed at Madison Street and Minor Avenue.
The 1200 Madison is the third high-rise apartment building to start construction in the Seattle region in recent times. The city planners approved the project in 2008, but had been shelved since.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
