PLANO, TX-Lincoln Property Co.'s Rackhouse Data Center division has bought a data processing center spanning 150,000 square feet in the Legacy business park for an undisclosed amount. The center sits on a 20-acre land situated at 6653 Pinecrest Drive, south of Tennyson Parkway. The building is priced for taxes at over $40 million.
Lincoln Property established the Rackhouse Data Center division in 2010 to invest in and manage data centers. The division intends to lease the Plano data center.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
