DESTIN, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has completed the sale of a retail strip in Destin. A Florida-based financial institution has sold 98 Palms Strip Center, a shopping strip measuring 19,950 square feet at 985 Highway 98 East, for an amount of $1,400,000.
The center was constructed in 2003. Michael J. Jaworski and Benjamin Berry from Marcus & Millichap's Tampa office and Marc E. Strauss from the firm's Fort Lauderdale office marketed the property for the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
