FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. has closed four lease deals totaling 3,878 square feet at the 2425 Office Plaza building in Q1 2011. 3KAS Partners, LLC purchased building, situated at 2425 E. Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, in December 2010.
