CORAL SPRINGS, FL-RJS Realty Group has closed the sale of a retail center in Fort Lauderdale. WCOT North Hills Square, LLC has sold North Hills Square, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market-anchored shopping center spanning 60,829 square feet at the northwest corner of Wiles Road and University Drive in Coral Springs.
