NEW YORK CITY-The Penguin Group USA, a division of Pearson, has inked a lease renewal deal for 15 years for 136,000 square feet at 345 Hudson St. The company will occupy the 4th, 14th and 15th floors of the 897,000-square-foot building.
Other tenants in the 17-story building include Weinstein Holding and CBS Radio East. In the deal, the tenant was represented by Richard Berzine & Co.'s Richard Berzine, while the ownership was represented by Trinity Real Estate's Tom Lynch and Jason Pizer.For the full story, go to New York Post.
