
SEATTLE-AMLI Residential, an apartment developer based in Chicago, has filed preparatory paperwork with Seattle members for an apartment complex on the old Jacobsen's Marine boat store site in Ballard. The six-story apartment complex consisting of 307 units on Northwest Market Street situated west of 24th Avenue Northwest will also include a 15,000-square-foot retail space and a 453-car parking lot.
Seattle-based HAL Real Estate Investments, which also involved in the project, acquired the property in November from the Jacobsen family for $7.3 million.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
