
BELLEVUE, WA-Thor Equities of New York has paid $87.5 million to purchase a three-building office and retail center called the Bellevue Galleria in downtown Bellevue. The center, constructed in 1999, is located on 106th Avenue Northeast, between Sixth and Northeast Fourth Streets. This is the first property acquired by Thor in the Northwest region.
The Bellevue Galleria has an 834-stall garage, restaurants, shops and an 85,000-square-foot office space fully occupied by Bungie, a video game developer.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
