CHICAGO-Three downtown Chicago hotels are placed on the market for sale by the owners. The properties include a Wyndham in Streeterville, Sutton Place Hotel in the Gold Coast and the Hotel 71 on Wacker Drive. The 437-room Hotel 71's owner is a joint venture managed by Canyon Capital Realty Advisors who hired Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. to market the property.
