NEW YORK CITY-Artisan Partners is nearing a deal to lease 10,400 square feet on the 31st floor of 1330 Avenue of the Americas at 1330 Sixth Avenue. This could be the first deal for RXR Realty since taking control over the building. The asking rent for the space is expected to be $100 per square foot.
