HONOLULU-Pahoa Marketplace LLC has sold the Pahoa Marketplace Shopping Center, a rural retail center spanning 45,563 square feet on the Big Island, for $7.6 million. Christine Grundy and Suzy Kruppa, Oahu-based investors associated with Walker Apartments LLC, have bought the retail center. Broker Joe Leonardo negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
