FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a 139-acre site in Lehigh Acres. A Fortune Teller's Dream, LLC has bought the site in Copperhead Golf Club located at 20910 Copperhead Drive from the FDIC.
The property changed hands for an undisclosed price. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Marlin Real Estate Investments, while the seller was represented by Larry Foster with CB Richard Ellis of Fort Myers/Naples.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
