DALLAS-Bascom Group LLC, an apartment investor based in Irvine, has recently acquired a building complex through receivership deal. The company has purchased the Davis Building, a 20-story building in downtown Dallas.
The building complex, which is nearly 95% leased, was turned into apartments in 2003. The Davis Building comprises a 52,235-square-foot retail space and 183 apartment units.
