
PITTSBURGH-First Commonwealth Bank has purchased the Regional Enterprise Tower, an office building located in downtown Pittsburgh, through the Sheriff's sale process. The bank was the expected buyer, as it owned the largest loan worth $10.4 million on the former Alcoa headquarters tower measuring 361,000 square feet. However, terms of the deal were not revealed by the bank.
