BUFFALO, NY-The United Health Care Workers East Union, commonly known as 1199 SEIU, has found space for its offices in the Central Park district of Buffalo. The union has signed a lease with an affiliate of LPCiminelli for 18,600 square feet of space at 2421 Main St.
The 72,000-square-foot building is situated at the corner of Jewett Avenue and Main Street. Bob Schell of Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Buffalo and Tim Malchow of Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. handled the lease deal.For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First.
