ORLANDO-Emerson International has closed lease deals with two new tenants at its Major Center Plaza I, a Class A office building located at 5728 Major Blvd. in southwest Orlando. Kenneth Koch, who works as commercial portfolio manager at Emerson, negotiated the deals on behalf of the owner.
In the deals, Buffalo-based financial services company Bryant Hodge & Associates has leased 897 square feet, while Passur Aerospace, Inc., a Connecticut-based information technology company, has inked a 1,315-square-foot lease.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
