CARLSBAD, CA-Wasatch Commercial Management has purchased the Kelly Corporate Center IV, a Class A office tower located at 1000 Aviara Parkway in Carlsbad, for $13.7 million from The Allen Group. The buyer will rename the three-floor office building spanning 75,165 square feet to 1000 Aviara Parkway.
