ALEXANDRIA, VA-Catholic Charities has acquired an office building measuring 67,093 square feet at 2050 Ballenger Ave. in Alexandria. The organization purchased the building from Bethesda-based LCOR Inc. for an amount of $24.7 million.
The office building is situated close to the campus of Patent and Trademark Office. Steve Hoffeditz and Ed Clark with CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
