LOWELL, MA-CB Richard Ellis/New England has brokered two lease deals totaling 21,625 square feet at 59 Lowes Way in Lowell. AFL Noyes will take 14,625 square feet and Cass Information Systems will occupy about 7,000 square feet at the facility.
