NEW YORK CITY-Dagny & Barstow, a high-end women's boutique, has leased 1,200 square feet of space at 264 Bowery situated between Houston and Prince streets for 10 years from the Estate of William Gottlieb. Asking rent was $120 per square foot.

The lease deal also covers a storage basement. The shop is expected to be opened in August.
