PLANO, TX-CB Richard Ellis Investors has acquired Domaine, an apartment community consisting of 270 units on Windcrest Drive in Plano. The firm has purchased the apartment project from Ohio-based Conner Group for an amount of $33.25 million.
Conner Group, which owns and manages over 17,000 apartments, purchased the apartment community for $26.5 million in 2006. In November, the company marketed the Tuscany Villas, a 328-unit apartment property in Plano, for an amount of $35 million. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
