NEW YORK CITY-Jamestown Properties, the proprietor of Chelsea Market, is planning to add an office space and a hotel in the old Nabisco bakery complex. Chelsea Market, situated between 15th and 16th Streets, extents from 9th Avenue to 10th Avenue.

The owner is planning to add an eight-story building comprising 250,000 square feet of office space over 10th Avenue, and a 12-story boutique hotel measuring 90,000 square feet above the Buddakan restaurant on 9th Avenue.For the full story, go to New York Times.
