CINCINNATI-Yale Evendale LLC has purchased a retail center measuring 10,000 square feet called Evendale Commons in Evendale Village for nearly $2.4 million, which translates into nearly $241 per square foot. GameStop, Chipotle, Starbucks and Cincinnati Tan are some of the tenants of the center. A joint venture between Miller-Valentine Group and Anchor Properties was the seller of the property.
