RICHARDSON, TX-Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT Inc., a commercial real estate investor based in Tampa, has agreed purchase a high-tech building at 3300 Essex Drive from a Texas partnership for more than $28.94 million. The fully-leased data center measuring 20,000 square feet in the Technology Business Campus was built in 2005.
