NEW YORK CITY-LinkedIn.com, a business networking site based in Mountain View, California, has signed a lease for seven years for 31,000 square feet of space at the Empire State Building. The firm, which is currently subleasing space on the 25th floor, will occupy the entire floor.
Malkin Holdings is an owner of the building. Sacha Zarba with CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the tenant, while Ryan Kass and William Cohen with Newmark Knight Frank represented the building in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
