MALDEN, MA-Gershman, Brown, Crowley's affiliate in Indianapolis has paid $2.6 million to purchase the former headquarters site of Eastern Chem-Lac Corp. in Malden. The buyer will develop a CVS Pharmacy spanning 13,000 square feet on the one-acre parcel after razing the existing building.
