ODESSA, FL-Prudential Commercial Real Estate Florida has closed the sale of a warehouse property in Tampa. Vecchio LLC has purchased the property measuring 6,000 square feet at 11609 Prosperous Drive in Odessa.
Vecchio has bought the warehouse from Blair Water Conditioning of Tampa Bay Inc. for an amount of $364,500. Matt Kim and Renee Dyer from Prudential Commercial negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
