HOUSTON-TMK IPSCO has started construction on a research and development facility measuring 51,000 square feet in Sam Houston Crossing at 10120 Houston Oaks Drive. The new research center will serve as laboratory for its Moscow-based parent company, OAO TMK.
Houston-based Urban Construction Southwest has been employed to design and construct the research center on an 8-acre site. The facility will house offices and a lab for technical sales people and engineers. The center is expected to be opened this fall.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
