HOUSTON-The Weitzman Group has negotiated a retail lease in Houston on behalf of Pizza Napoletana, the tenant. Pizaro's Pizza Napoletana has signed a lease for 1,500 square feet of space in the Memorial and Kirkwood Shopping Center.
Pizza Napoletana has leased the retail space from RPI Management Co. In the lease negotiation, the tenant was represented by the Weitzman Group's Kyle Knight and Randy Hopper, while the landlord was represented by NewQuest Properties' Bob Conwell and Rebecca Le.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
