BOSTON-Boylston Properties Co. is progressing with plans to construct a hotel consisting of 175 rooms at 121 Brookline Ave. in the Fenway neighborhood of Boston. The new hotel, to be opened as a Marriott Residence Inn, will replace one-story retail space and a parking lot at the corner of Burlington Avenue and Brookline Avenue.
The hotel plan will also include a 6,000-square-foot restaurant or retail space on the ground floor. Construction is expected to start in the fall. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal.
