FORT MYERS, FL-CB Richard Ellis has hired Dave Wallace for its Fort Myers/Naples affiliate office. Wallace will concentrate on investment properties as well as industrial and office leasing/sales.
Wallace will work from the Naples office. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate business. Before joining CBRE, Wallace was with Naples-based Premier Commercial Properties.
