WINTER PARK, FL-Forness Properties has closed three new lease deals totaling approximately 5,000 square feet of space at Pavilion Crossings. The Publix-anchored shopping center, situated in Riverview, is under construction.
Rikka Japanese Restaurant has inked a 2,400-square-foot lease for 10 years; Michael's Cleaners has signed a 5-year, 1,200-square-foot lease; and Great Clips has also signed a 5-year, 1,200-square-foot lease at the retail center.
