CHICAGO-A venture led by Dr. Dheeraj Mahajan has purchased an empty building located at 2941 N. Clark St. in Lakeview from an affiliate of Marc Realty for $1.4 million. The venture intends to redevelop the 7,900-square-foot structure into a two-floor building comprising a banquet hall and medical office.
J. P. Morgan Chase & Co. financed $1.8 million loan for the acquisition. Titan Commercial Real Estate's Ryan Clay and Ben Rosenfield negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
