CHICAGO-DV Urban Realty Partners I L.P., a fund managed by Allison Davis, has appointed CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Chicago office to market an apartment tower in the South Loop. The 30-floor apartment tower comprising 344 units is located at 1212 S. Michigan Avenue. According to CB Richard Ellis, the building is now 92% occupied.
