Regions Bank inked a 25,237-square-foot lease at 1 Financial Plaza, a 322,284-square-foot, 28-floor office tower, while Crowe Horwath LLP signed a 21,785-square-foot lease at Bank of America Tower at 401 East Las Olas Blvd.
